Policies
To comply with the Law we need to have policies in place that explain our legal relationship with you. The legal basis of any
relationship we have with you is explained in our
Terms of Service
and our
Acceptable Use Policy. These two
documents, considered together, form the basis of our working relationship with you.
We also have other policies in place, such as our
Privacy Policy
that explains how we deal with other important information. Below is a summary of what each policy is about.
Terms of Service
Our Terms of Service contains
most of the legal information about how we conduct our business with you and the Law that our contract would operate under. It contains
information about our payment terms, minimum contract periods, how to cancel a contract, how to change the minimum contract period, and lots
of other information that dictates the legal basis of our relationship. If you do not agree with our Terms of Service we will be unable to
do business with you, but if you have any questions about this document, please feel free to contact us.
Acceptable Use Policy
Our Acceptable Use Policy covers some
of the aspects of how you use your account and our services. Our
Acceptable Use Policy
is not designed to be exhaustive, but it does cover many areas that are considered "norms" when it comes to acceptable internet
behaviour and how you use your account or any shared resources.
Privacy Policy
We need to collect some personal information from you when you open an account with us and/or start to use our services. Some of the information
we collect is a statutory requirement, while other information we collect is designed to help us manage your account, and the services
we provide to you, more effectively. Our
Privacy Policy
explains what data we collect and how we use that data. The most important thing to know is that we don't share any personally
identifying information with any unconnected third party, and we never sell your information to anyone.
