When you want to send emails to other people using our email servers, your outgoing mail uses what is known as an "SMTP service". This service normally connects to our email servers on PORT 25.

More and more ISPs are starting to block PORT 25 which means you are restricted to using your ISPs email servers. Sometimes this isn't a problem, but often an ISPs email server doesn't have as many features as our email service.

We've made an additional port available for our SMTP service that may allow you to bypass your ISPs restrictions and let you send your emails using our email servers.
