High Performance

The database for your shop will be located on our MS SQL Server 2005 high-availability database cluster.

This is no ordinary database server. It uses two separate servers that work together and keep each other updated with any changes in real-time. If one database server fails the other server takes over within seconds, guaranteeing that your database will be available 100% of the time and that your customers never experience your shop being closed.

As an extra precaution, we also back up your database twice per day and copy the backups to a separate server for safe-keeping.

Simple Integration

Cactushop's templating system means that you only need to adjust one web page and a stylesheet to change the whole look & feel of your shop so that it matches your existing web site.

Have a look at our demo shop where we spent just over 1 hour making the template look more like our web site. We could have spent longer making the integration better but what we've done shows how easy the integration is a what is possible in a very short length of time.

There are templates available for free, and others you can purchase, but if you want to get your own designer involved the single-page template system means that you will save a fortune when it comes to custom design since they only need to design one web page and alter one stylesheet.

No Set-up Fees, No minimum contracts

Our E-Commerce Plans come with no set-up fees and no minimum contract terms.

You pay for 3 months in advance, but if you give us 7 days notice to cancel we'll refund each complete month you haven't used after your 7-day notice period, with no questions and no hassle.

Your E-Commerce plan comes with the HELM Control Panel that makes it easy to carry out everyday tasks.

It's the premium Windows Hosting Control Panel which is simple to use and extremely intuitive. If you haven't used a Control Panel before - don't worry - we have lots of animated tutorials available that show you how to carry out any day-to-day tasks such as creating email accounts, or adding statistics. Support is always on hand too if you can't find the help that you need.

Daily Backup & Guaranteed Recovery

If your shop is offline you aren't making any money, but we know that no matter how hard we try, and how careful we are, things can occasionally go wrong.

That's why we'll back up your web site every single day to our centralized backup servers, keep a copy of all your web site settings, and monitor your web site to make sure it's working. If the worst should happen, and the server goes down, we'll have your shop back up and running on another server within minutes.
