To use FTP you will need to install an FTP programme (known as an "FTP Client") onto your computer. There are many FTP clients available, from the superb CuteFTP that costs a few dollars to purchase, to excellent free programmes such as FileZilla . Some browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer) have FTP functionality built in but we recommend that you use a proper FTP Client as they are much more reliable and less prone to errors.
