That depends upon whether it's a well-known commercial component, or one you have written yourself.
If it's a commercial component we will usually install it for you on production of a valid server licence. Installation will usually occur within 24 hours of receiving the licence information.
If you have written the component, or it is not a well-known commercial component, we will need to view the source code first and then compile the component ourselves before registering it on the server. If the component is sensitive we will sign a non-disclosure agreement about this component. These components may take up to 7 days to test and analyse.
There is no charge to install a component.
We reserve the right to refuse to install a component at our own discretion.

No, we don't provide support for Front Page extensions.
No. Our database servers are internal and connect through our own private network and switches at the datacentre. This private network belongs to us and is completely private and secure.
They are very secure.
Each web server operates minimum services and is only available over the internet on certain ports. In fact, most web servers are only available on Port 80. All other ports are closed to traffic.
All of our servers are installed behind a hardware firewall and intruder detection system (IDS), and are regularly updated with the latest software and security patches.
Each hosting account operates in its own security context and is not able to view the contents of other users' sites.
All new shared hosting accounts have their own web-based Control Panel. We supply HELM as our preferred control panel because of its power and ease of use.
We check every order manually to confirm the details, but most accounts are set up within an hour. If we have difficulty contacting you, it can take slightly longer.
If you are transferring a domain name to our servers, it can take up to 72 hours for the new information to propagate throughout the internet. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to speed this process up. However, we can give you access to your account so that you can configure everything while the propagation is taking place.
Yes. They are completely different.
With multi-domain hosting, each domain name has its own web space, its own email accounts, its own FTP accounts etc. As far as the system is concerned, they are completely separate entities. It's similar to having 2 separate accounts but with each being accessed with the same username and password.
With domain pointers, one domain simply "points" to the other domain. For instance, if you set up your web site using the .com version of your domain name, but you also owned the .net and .org versions of your domain you could "point" these other versions to your existing .com website. Of course, it doesn't have to be the same domain name - z.com could be pointed (aliased) to d.co.uk if that's what you wanted to do.
This time, there is only one ACTUAL web site, but it has multiple addresses (or pointers, or aliases).
At Network Online, our hosting plans are fully featured.
A list of features, and the feature details, can be viewed by clicking on the appropriate link in the menu on the right hand side of this page.
As often as you like. You have 24/7 access to our FTP servers and can update your site at any time.

We specialize in high-availability Windows hosting, and the languages we support are based on this platform.
All of our web servers have support for ASP 3.0, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, PHP, JavaScript, JScript, HTML, and XML
Of course. Our web-based Control Panel allows you to specify your own error pages.
Yes. All hosting accounts have access to our Shared SSL Certificates. If you require your own SSL Certificate we are authorized resellers for Comodo Group SSL Certificates and can supply and install them at a very competitive price.
Yes, we don't place any limits on the number of domain pointers (also known as domain aliases) that you set up.
Multi-domain hosting is when you have different domains hosted on the same user account, with each domain being completely separate from the other.
This means that each domain has its own web space, email accounts, ftp accounts etc. In fact, each domain may be installed on completely different web servers, but is accessed and controlled through a single Control Panel account.
With multi-domain hosting, each domain shares the total resources available. For instance, if you have 200MB of diskspace available, this diskspace must be shared between each domain.
Yes we do.
Each plan has a maximum number of domains it can host.
We do. We provide Smarterstats to all of our hosting clients.

We also provide access to the raw Log Files if you want to download them for further analysis.
