Our Partner Programme is a highly profitable enterprise that is open to any active customer of
Network Online Limited that is using one of our hosting services.
The programme consists of two main choices. These are:
- Introduce a new customer to Network Online and receive a percentage of their total spend for as long a they are a customer.
or
- Re-sell any of our Dedicated Server or Windows VPS services at any price you want.
There are Terms & Conditions associated with this programme, but here are some additional brief details about what is on offer.
1. Introduce a New Customer
This is extremely simple - introduce a new customer to Network Online Limited and receive 5% of their total spend
for as long as they remain a customer.
If they change their service, or purchase additional services, you will continue to receive 5% of whatever they spend with us.
This isn't a time-limited offer and you will receive 5% of their spend for the whole time they remain one of our customers.
Basic Terms & Conditions
Our partnership programme operates under a set of Terms & Conditions that you must sign, but here are some of the essential
points that will interest you.
- Your Commission Payments are made 30 days after the end of each quarter.
- You can select whether to have your commission paid by cheque or credited to your account and offset against your own spend.
- Commission Payments are based on the net invoice value before VAT is added.
- Your account must never be in arrears and you must pay all invoices by their due date.
- You must continue to have a hosting account with us that you pay for.
2. Resell our Dedicated Servers or Windows VPS Service
This is simple too - you can resell any of our Dedicated Servers or Windows VPS Services for any price you want.
In this instance all Dedicated Servers and Windows VPS are unmanaged and unsupported. We will replace any faulty hardware and we will
re-install operating systems as requested, but no other management or support function will be provided by us.
Any customer you lease the server or VPS to is your customer and you will be responsible for billing, managing, and supporting them:
we will have no direct contact with them. We will invoice you for the server or VPS and from our perspective you are the user of that server.
You may also resell additional paid services that we provide for Dedicated Server and Windows VPS customers
(except support) such as databases on our Database Servers, DNS Services, and Email Services, and charge any price you like.
Discounted Supply
The following discounts are available on the Dedicated Servers and Windows VPSs that you sell:
- Sell 1-5: No Discount
- Sell 6-10: 2.5% Discount
- Sell 11-20: 5% Discount
- Sell 21 or more: 10% Discount
